The Women’s Rugby World Cup in the year 2021 in New Zealand has to be postponed to 2022 due to Covid-19 Pandemic issue.
World Rugby Committee already scheduled Women’s Rugby World Cup 2021 at New Zealand from September 18 to October 16. The match location is at Eden Park and Waitakere Stadium in Auckland as well as Northland Events Centre in Whangarei.

Australia, Canada, the United States, England, New Zealand, Wales, South Africa, France and Fiji are the nine teams are qualified for the 12 team tournament.
World Rugby Committee said, “In this appreciation report is extremely disappointing for the team and every fan. These interests come from their heart and it has exposed World Rugby family and New Zealand peoples attachments“.

“The delay was really understandable but still we are disappointing“, said by Farah Palmer (former New Zealand captain). Farah Palmer is the Women’s World Cup winner and a board member of New Zealand Rugby.
